(Symbiosis Institute of Business Management) MCOM & PGDCM, with over 24 years of experience in Channel Sales, Dealer Development, Retail, Key Account Management, Modern Trade, C&F/Distribution Management, Institutional Business, Corporate Business. His Passion is to grow business. He has vast experience in Gifting Industry (Brand Merchandising & Corporate Gifting). He served top MNC’s of the world. His last role was Associate Vice President Operations. Aarif focus is to grow this business as a world no. one organization in its segment with vision of 7 million dollar company in next 5 years.

Pradeep Shetty

Sr. Vice President – Sales & Marketing​

A Brand maverick, Pradeep Shetty has 11 years of Marcom experience with an MA in Marketing Communications from Bournemouth Media School ,UK. His key objective is to support businesses in creating brand loyalty through gifting solutions and understanding the needs of internal customers of the client. His primary role is to support clients with customizing merchandise and making it relevant to the business campaign. From product design to product recommendation, his endeavor is to support businesses in investing right for better ROI through merchandising. He understands dynamics of current business environment and helps add value to achieve campaign success for businesses. ​

Sherwyn Xavier

Sr. Vice President – Online Solutions​​

Business Leader with entrepreneurial mindset having 21 years of experience in the field of Business management. Management Graduate from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS),. Expertise in strategic planning, sales and marketing, P&L management, distributor/channel management, start-ups, business strategy, international markets and managing diverse geographies and cultures in the FMCG Industry. His key Objective to take this business into new direction & become a nice player in global market. Want to foray into international market, since he is a keen planner and strategist with proven track record of consistently developing a growing and profitable business in the ISC markets. His vast experience is with Mars International India Private Limited, Johnson and Johnson Limited & Godrej Telecom Ltd.​​

Director - Finance​

Tasneem is an MBA, MCOM & PGDCA, with over 11 years of experience in Banking & Telecom Sector. Having worked in the Banking & Marketing sector her key role is to manage the finance department. She brings with her a wide resource in financial planning and regulates sourcing processes. Her skill set has played a key role in shaping the infra structure of our business and carving the path to the vision of being a global company.
